The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a pristine environment throughout my visit. Although the property is not within walking distance of the beaches, the value proposition lies in the peaceful surroundings and the top-notch service provided by Elaine, the amiable owner. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and spotless, with a lovely balcony offering a peaceful retreat. the hot showers were a welcome luxury after a day of adventure. While the absence of certain amenities like a spa or in-room breakfast might deter some luxury seekers, the overall value and charm of Pousada Vila Rosada make it a hidden gem on this beautiful island. This hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and well-maintained retreat at a reasonable price.
